Power of Subconscious

Thursday, August 27th, 2009

Power of subconscious refers to the untapped greatness of your own being. You already have power of subconscious within you and just require the right information and tools to unleash it. As a transformational psychologist, I have discovered the truth about the subconscious and how to access its power. I will be sharing these secrets with you so that you may live an extraordinary life filled with prosperity, success, love, health and spiritual fulfillment.

Mastering power of subconscious begins with understanding the traditional teachings about the subconscious. In traditional psychology, the subconscious, also known as the unconscious, is believed to be a mental storage site — a repository of memories, emotions, habits and associations. These stored elements form beliefs that operate outside of your awareness, determining who you are, how you act and what your life looks like. To gain control of the undesirable aspects of your life, you must become aware of what is stored in your subconscious and the beliefs it has engendered.

In traditional psychology, the subconscious is also portrayed as the saboteur within –something dangerous, something manipulating you, something you shouldn’t examine too closely or you might go mad. This causes people to fear their own inner selves and gives rise to the analyst’s couch, a safe environment where the subconscious mind can be peeled back layer by layer, like an onion.

Traditional views of the subconscious die hard. Psychiatry and psychology still demonize the subconscious or marginalize it as an inferior part of mind. Meanwhile the conscious mind is touted as the be all and end all; higher consciousness is denied altogether. But a deeper understanding of reality reveals that mind is no thing and there are no divisions. Conscious, subconscious, superconscious are merely descriptive terms applied to the invisible — yet they are terms that have been repeated so often, for so long, in so many ways and places, they are taken as fact.

Power of subconscious
begins by moving into what I call vertical awareness, the consciousness of self in the moment. Your thoughts have created a horizontal field of energy stretching in all directions — the literal meaning of feeling scattered or spread too thin. But thought stops in a state of vertical awareness. The following brief exercise will give you a glimpse of vertical awareness. Read through the paragraph below, then find a quiet place. Empty your mind of all you were told or thought you knew about the subconscious and enjoy the short exercise that follows.

Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose to the count of 7. Hold for a few moments. Then breathe out to the count of 8 through partially closed lips. Repeat two more times. Visualize a net of energy extending horizontally in all directions. This is your thought field. Take a leap of faith and let go of your thought field, trusting that you don’t need to hold onto it. Let go of the field and you instantly come back to yourself. Inner silence signals the arrival of your power. Now imagine your physical body enveloped by a column of energy that begins below your feet and extends above your head. In vertical awareness what is above merges with what is below; as above so below. You feel the rush of unified consciousness and have taken the first step toward unleashing power of subconscious.

Subconscious Mind Power – How to Automatically Manifest Your Dreams

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

When your practice is simply to access your subconscious mind power and stay in alignment with Source Mind you experience your reality closer to the way Source does. You understand the reasons for the reality you’re experiencing according to the purposes of Source and you do not need to “manifest” anything via the ‘temporal you’ in the story. By perceiving your reality from the frequency of Source Mind and in the flow of that intelligence, everything you do is different and better than what you did before; your story is playing out in a higher frequency.

Imagine a television set where the same show is being broadcast on 500 channels. Each channel from one to five hundred represents an incremental increase of vibrational frequency, each of which reflects the lead character in a somewhat different story. They are the same character, but their perceptions, choices and actions vary according to their frequency, as do the events and experiences that occur in their lives. Therefore, different outcomes are experienced.

The life of your dreams is simply your life in a higher frequency. Any degree higher than where you are now is the life of your dreams, as it means a more fulfilling and joyful life. Your actions in that life bring forth a flow of events in harmony with that frequency; it is a higher order of experience because it is a higher frequency and has been generated automatically through your subconscious mind power in alignment with Source.

Why is manifesting an obsolete concept? Because when you align with Source Mind and raise your frequency, you automatically ‘flip channels’ and thereby have a new experience. You attract more of the unlimited potential of your consciousness. It becomes obvious that your only job is to stay aligned with Source Mind. You are not seeking to manifest specific experiences, you are seeking the flow of oneness with Source Mind which is the exalted level of your being. From there, outer events naturally alter in the direction desired by Source Mind, which is a flow into greater joy, light, abundance, intelligence, creativity and love.

So when seeking to end a problem, instead of trying to manifest its opposite, look within and remind yourself of the truth of your being — you are an expression of Source in a temporal experience. Source designed everything about you and everything about your experience from the highest frequencies of Source Consciousness. However, you, as a temporal creation, cannot function at the highest Source frequencies without being ‘fried’ by the vibration. You are designed to inhabit a certain vibrational bandwidth by your Source creator. Like any bandwidth, yours has a lower range and an upper range.

Your alignment with Source through subconscious mind power aligns your vibration with the upper range of your bandwidth which allows an experience embodying a greater degree of freedom. A higher vibration increases your perceived degrees of freedom. This alone represents a more desirable reality, whereas the lower frequencies result in a reality with a greater sense of limitation. The more dense the vibration, the more limitation perceived.

This does not mean that a higher vibrational frequency removes your problems. Problems continue unabated throughout your journey. It is how you react to your problems, how you view what is happening to you that increases or reduces the sting of undesired experiences and your effectiveness in dealing with them. A higher vibration is representative of using your subconscious mind power for a more expanded perspective on events and therefore a more peaceful and effective response to experiences, good or bad.

Your higher vibration functions automatically via the Law of Attraction to bring into your life that which matches your predominant vibration. I hope this helps you understand why the attempt to manifest reality from within the story is like a character in a novel trying to hijack control of the story from the author. How likely is that character to succeed? That is also true for you, which explains why so much of what you attempt to manifest does not show up. But when you focus on raising your vibration through your subconscious mind power, you instantly change the channel on your television set and your story changes all by itself.

Power of Subconscious and the Balance Factor

Saturday, October 17th, 2009

To activate power of subconscious you first learned the importance of quieting your mind. It is important to quiet your mind because the mind is like a drunken monkey, lurching from thought to thought throughout your waking hours. Your mind automatically becomes quieter when you let go of your thought grid — your energy field of habitual thoughts and thought patterns — and focus in the present moment, in what I call vertical awareness. In this lesson, you learn step two in mastering power of subconscious, the importance of balance.

Your emotions are like the ocean, sometimes calm, sometimes stormy. You react to your thoughts emotionally according to your conditioning and you are also conditioned to believe your thoughts. Imagine the freedom of recognizing that your thoughts don’t have to be taken seriously. That’s a completely new idea, isn’t it? You will always have thoughts, but you don’t have to believe what they are telling you; in other words, you don’t have to give your thoughts power.

In our culture, we’ve been taught that what we think is not only important, it is correct, and so we take our thoughts quite seriously. But the reality is that the activity of thought is like the activity of fish in a sea. If the sea is consciousness then fish are our thoughts, coming and going, continually swimming around. They don’t belong to us personally, being largely an expression of the cultural mind. Otherwise known as the collective unconscious, the cultural mind primarily contains age-old beliefs, cultural biases and superstitions.

The thoughts you have throughout the day stir up emotions that cause mood swings in a positive or negative direction. Many of us strive to stay positive, not realizing that the effort to be positive generates a build-up of negative energy. This build-up inevitably results in your mood dipping until your positive state is balanced out with a negative state. Now you know why you are unable to sustain a positive frame of mind for very long. But if you were to allow positive and negative thoughts to move through you without becoming attached to them, you could easily maintain a place of emotional balance.

Only emotional balance brings the equilibrium that enables you to access power of subconscious. Balance is a higher state of consciousness than either the negative side or the positive side. Those two opposites trigger each other endlessly; one is simply the mirror of the other. Balance is a state of mind that exists in the gap between positive and negative, light and dark. It enables you to observe the events of your everyday life without becoming overly attached to the outcome. It does not ensure the absence of ups and downs, it simply allows you to view events with a degree of objectivity. Another way of expressing the word ‘balance’ is objective consciousness or non-attachment.

How do you achieve non-attachment in the face of your strong wishes, wants, needs and desires? You achieve it by knowing the truth about how you really manifest. When you understand that manifesting is your higher self’s job and that your job is to stay present and follow your motivation and inspiration, you will get busy fulfilling your role. A higher order of existence opens up when you are present in the moment and emotionally balanced. Power of subconscious then provides you with the ideas, the energy and the inspiration to pursue certain activities and relationships. When you take note of and follow this inner guidance, your desires are fulfilled in unexpected ways.

Miracle Power — Do You Need a Miracle?

Wednesday, September 30th, 2009

Your heart pounds with fear, or perhaps it aches with pain. Your stomach churns and your face feels frozen in a mask of worry. Something has happened in your life that triggers a sense of crisis. You are stressed to the max and feel overwhelmed beyond your capacity to cope. You need a miracle! If only there were a miracle power that could help you.

Your mind races, desperate to find a way to end the pain. But exhausted and overcome by the fog of confusion, you finally begin to slow down. You take a deep breath and become aware of your presence in the room, as if you are a witness of your own body, a witness of your own breathing. Suddenly quiet, you sense a vast Presence surrounding you, and you realize – the Presence is never far away, never outside of you. It is everywhere always, all the time. It is the thing that hurt you, It is the hurt itself, It is the you that hurts. It is the air you breathe, It is the thoughts you think. It lives as everything, It lives as nothing. It is the All That Is, and It is you.

Knowing you are not separate from the Presence, your Source, knowing that Source circulates in, as and through you, knowing that Source circulates in, as and through your terrible problem, you feel differently all of a sudden. Energy surges up your spine. Your forehead tingles. Your whole body subtly vibrates. That is your Source presence, It is there, It is you. Ask It now, ask your own Source presence, the true you of you, “Give me the solution to (state your problem.) Show me what I need to know, have or do in this situation, show me how I need to be. Give me the answer now.”

Ask this question of your Source, your own greater Self, the real you, and then wait. Let silence fill the space between the thoughts that may still be coursing through your head. Let the thoughts drift into a black hole of nothingness. Listen for an answer. The answer may come in words, like your own inner voice speaking to you. It may come in images where you see the solution taking place in your mind’s eye. Or it may come as a feeling. Note the thoughts, images and feelings on paper. This is your miracle power in action.

If you don’t receive a message in the silence, but find your thoughts still racing or sleepiness engulfing you, just let it go. You have asked the question and now you can expect the answer to arrive in its own time. Completely let go of the need to solve the problem. You have done your part and now Source will do its part.

Within the next one to three days, something will come to your attention that triggers or suggests your solution. Or perhaps something will occur in the outer world such that the solution appears right before your eyes. You will have your deliverance and when you do, acknowledge your miracle power to yourself, “I tuned in to Source, I recognized that I am Source and Source is All That Is. I asked this greater part of me my question, and Source, which can never be anything but me and All That Is, gave me the answer.“

You have asked, you have listened and received. Now the final step is action. The solution must be wholesome and constructive or it does not come from Source. With your wholesome and constructive solution in hand, take action, confident that it is right action. Your miracle power was within your own inner self all along. This miracle power is your power for making miracles. There is no order of difficulty in miracles, no problem too small or too great for this power. Use your miracle power wisely.
